We offer a free Click & Collect service for all bike orders placed on our website - so you can order online and collect your bike in store built, safety checked and ready to ride.
Click & Collect also available on gear orders - orders under £50.00 will be charged £5.00 to cover delivery to store from our warehouse.

We are delighted to be able to offer the same level of service, but with the convenience of having that handover service in the comfort of your own home.
The service costs £14.99 and is available at addresses within a 5 mile radius of the store. We now offer a Home Set Up service on selected bicycles ordered through our website. (Not available on Advanced SL models)
You will get the bike delivered by a member of the Giant Store team fully built, safety checked and ready to ride. The convenience of home delivery but with the huge advantage of having your bike delivered by a trained expert - not a boxed bike requiring any home assembly.

Take the hassle out of getting your bike ready to ride, we will assemble, check and fine tune your bike to ensure it is perfect straight from the box.
A setup service at regular intervals will keep your bicycle safe and efficient and is ideal for occasions when components are in good condition, just out of adjustment. Your brakes will be set up, wheels checked, gears adjusted, chain lubricated and frame wiped down. We will also inflate your tyres, check components for wear, and tighten all key nuts and bolts (surcharges apply for brake bleeds, Di2 and electric bikes)
The Annual service is designed for bikes that have been ridden well for a year. It includes an in-depth clean and all the elements of the setup service. Including the labour for fitting new tyres/tubes and gear cables.
The refit service is suitable for bicycles that are regularly used and their components are likely worn and need replacing, or serviced. This comprehensive service includes all elements of the annual service, an in-depth clean (with parts washer) and free fitting of all key consumable brake, transmission where necessary.
The Overhaul service will restore even the most heavily-used bicycles with extremely worn components, and is also ideal for keeping performance bicycles in optimal condition. This service includes all elements of the refit service, plus we will strip down and rebuild the bicycle, service bottom brackets where necessary and clean and degrease fully. The full works!
We offer a drop-in service for puncture repairs, and will usually have you riding away same day. We can also fit new tyres for £9.00 fitting. Please note, there is a surcharge of £10 for hub gear bicycles.
We will true and tension the spokes, and replace spokes where necessary at a cost of £1 per spoke. We also offer other wheel services including wheel builds.
